§ 01

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period — remaining credits stay usable until the end of the period.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first-ever paid subscription and have used less than 10% of your allotted credits for that period, we will refund the full amount on request. Email billing@traxlate.com.

§ 02

Pay-as-you-go credit packs

PAYG packs are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been spent. After 14 days, or once any credit has been spent, the pack is non-refundable.

Unused PAYG credits do not expire while your account is active.

§ 03

Failed translations

When a translation job fails due to an engine error on our side (timeout, model crash, OCR failure outside expected ranges), credits are automatically refunded to your ledger. No action needed.

User errors (unsupported file format, file over the size cap, intentionally cancelled mid-job) are not refunded, but we will always credit you on a goodwill basis if you ask — open a ticket from the dashboard.

§ 04

Human-polish add-on

Human-polish credits are refunded if the linguist has not yet started work. Once work has started, they are non-refundable but if the result is materially below the agreed quality bar we will re-do the work at no charge.

§ 05

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your dashboard (the fastest route — we see your billing and job context immediately), or email billing@traxlate.com from the email on the account. We respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; crypto refunds are sent back to the originating wallet within 24 hours of approval.
