The Desk
Review a translated document sentence by sentence, edit it, and export the corrected file — the professional's loop, on your device.

The Desk is where a translation becomes a deliverable. Every document and picture you translate opens there: source on one side, translation on the other, one sentence per row, with the notes the checks raised beside each. (PDFs are reviewed and exported in the PDF viewer itself.)
Reviewing
Rows with a note are marked — a lost negation, a glossary term that could not be fitted, a switch of register. Click a row to edit the translation in place. Edits are saved on your device and marked as yours, so a later re-translation does not overwrite them.
Terms
Select a word in a source sentence and the term panel offers to add it to your glossary with the translation you choose; from then on the term is enforced wherever that source appears. On the Translate page the same panel tells you exactly what happened to the current sentence: "Applied", "Already there", or that it could not be refitted around the term.
Exporting
The export button writes your edited sentences back into the original file and names the kind it will produce (Export .docx, for example). For Word documents that means your file with the new text in its own formatting runs; for a picture, the text. The original is never modified. If an export cannot be offered for a job — a picture keeps no source file — the Desk says so instead of showing a button that does nothing.
Jobs
The Desk lists your jobs — each file you translated — with its date and state. Jobs live in your browser's storage; clearing site data removes them, and nothing about them is kept on our side. A job can be deleted from the list.
- Can two people review the same document?
- Not at the same time — the Desk is local to your device. Export, send the file, and the other person opens it in their own Desk.
- Does editing a sentence teach the translator?
- It updates your translation memory, so the same source sentence comes back with your edit next time. It does not change the model.
