§ 01
Purpose
This policy lists what you cannot use Traxlate for. It applies to every plan and every API key. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
§ 02
Prohibited content
Content that promotes terrorism, glorifies violence against a specific group, or incites imminent harm.
Sexual content involving minors. We use perceptual hashing on uploaded images against established databases.
Content that violates intellectual property rights you do not hold. We will respond to valid DMCA / EU-DSM takedown notices.
Content used in active fraud, deepfake-based identity theft, or malware development.
§ 03
Prohibited usage patterns
Automated scraping of the website. Use the official API.
Mass-translation pipelines that bypass the credit ledger — including coordinated multi-account abuse to exploit free signup credits.
Reselling raw Traxlate output without an Enterprise reseller agreement.
Stress-testing the platform without prior written approval. We're happy to coordinate load tests on an Enterprise plan.
§ 04
Soft limits
We enforce technical limits to keep the platform healthy: max 300 pages per job by default, 200 MB per file, per-IP request rate limits, per-account concurrent OCR jobs.
These limits can be raised on Business and Enterprise plans by request.
§ 05
Enforcement
We will contact you first when we see a borderline pattern. Outright violations (e.g. CSAM, sustained fraud) result in immediate suspension without notice.
Appeal any enforcement action by emailing aup-appeal@traxlate.com — a human reviews every appeal.
