traxlate
Use case

Medical translation.

Clinical records, consent forms, and trial protocols translated with terminology precision and layout fidelity — for providers, researchers, and health systems who cannot afford an ambiguous word.

Terminology accuracy

Medical terms, drug names, procedure codes, and diagnostic nomenclature are preserved exactly — not paraphrased. Glossary enforcement locks critical terms before translation begins.

Rare language coverage

Patient populations are global. Traxlate covers 200+ languages including Amharic, Tagalog, Haitian Creole, Tigrinya, and others where certified translators are expensive and slow.

Layout preservation

Discharge summaries, lab reports, and consent forms look like the originals after translation — same tables, same header structure, same field alignment. Export as DOCX or print-ready PDF.

OCR for scanned records

Paper charts and faxed referrals are handled automatically before translation. Poor scan quality, handwritten annotations, and mixed-language pages all extract cleanly.

Human review pass

For regulatory submissions and clinical trial documentation, add a professional linguist review after the machine pass. A specialist checks register, dosage units, and procedure names before delivery.

Private by default

GDPR-compliant end-to-end. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train any model, and never shared with third parties. Retention is configurable down to immediate deletion. API keys support IP allowlists and per-key spend caps.
